Welcome to my new website and our new program. My name is Tom McWeeney; I am on the faculty of the Public Administration Department at Cal State San Bernardino and I am pleased to share my work with those who wish to address issues of great concern to governments at all levels.
The term "PRAXIS" — which conveys the melding of theory with practice — is the brand associated with my courses , my products, and the services that I will offer. Major Accomplishments
- Led the development and implementation of agency-wide strategic plans for DEA, FBI, NCIS, and more than 25 other federal agencies and programs.
- Developed innovative prevention strategies for the FBI’s counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and intelligence programs.
- Developed and led the implementation of a nation-wide system for law enforcement information sharing.
- Trained over 4500 government employees in the implementation of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).
